1. What is the standard shipping time frame?

Shipping will generally take (not including the weekend):

Custom printed graphic tees: 5-10 business days 
Apparel/accessories: 3-7 business days
Custom handbags: 14-21 business days

2. Why does shipping take so long?

We work directly with our vendors to order products once our customers order is confirmed. Our vendors are notified about the order, your order is packed with love, and shipped directly to you from our vendors. This affords us the opportunity provide a wide variety of styles, and gives us room to supply styles on demand.

Custom made handbags are made to order after orders have been placed. 

3. Why am I receiving multiple packages?

Working with different vendors means that not all the items in your order will be shipped in the same package. It is very likely that you will receive multiple packages before your full order is received. 

4. Am I able to expedite shipping?

No, expedited shipping is not available on our products. Should we ever carry an item on hand and expedited shipping becomes available, it will be listed in the products description. 

5. Is shipping really free? 

Yes, shipping is free! 

6. Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns/exchanges. We do not, refund orders to the original form of payment. Returns will be processed in the form of store credit. 

7. How long do I have to return an item?

You have 7 days from the time you receive your package to initiate a return and 14 days for us to receive it. Email: returns@godvibez.com for assistance on initiating a return.

8. Am I provided a return label? 

No, you are responsible for the cost of the return label. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.
